长期以来很多考生和考友对CFA考试以及获取CFA证书方面有很多问题要了解，本CFA FAQs大全集中解决这个问题，这些常见问题绝大部分来自CFA协会的官方网站CFA Institute，这里主要做一个归并和索引，方面大家查找，另外，中国CFA网也将一些国内考生特有的一些问题陆续搜集整理进来，方便大家查阅。
 
一、General (一般性问题) 
 
1、I have created log in information, but I lost my user name and password. How can I retrieve this information? (如果丢失了用户名和密码如何解决的问题)


回答：Please complete and submit the User Name/Password Lookup Form to have your user name and password sent to you via e-mail. (填写如上表格网上提交以后，用户名和密码信息会通过Email提交给你)
 
2、How can I contact CFA Institute?(怎么联系CFA协会？)

3、What information should I include in an e-mail to CFA Institute?(发给CFA协会的信息中应该包含哪些信息？)


回答：Please include the following information in each message:
1.Full name (全名)
2.Candidate/member number (if applicable) (考生/会员(如果申请了会员的话)号码)
3.Your question in the body of the message (你要问的问题)
